Dharampal Satyapal Limited (hereinafter "us," "we", "our", "DSL" or "Company") is engaged in the sourcing and distribution of dairy products, including but not limited to milk, dahi, paneer, under its brand, "Ksheer" through offline and online platforms.
The Company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and processes your personal data through lawful and proper means in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and other applicable laws in India (collectively, the "Data Protection Legislation").

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to describe how the Company processes your personal data when you access and use our Platform — to manage customer relationships, provide services, process payments, communicate with you, and maintain internal records.
This Notice applies to all Users who access, use or interact with our Platform, including customers, prospective buyers, service providers, and business partners.

Information You Provide
- User Information: Full name, email address, phone/mobile number, gender, date of birth, city, state, and postal/delivery address.
- Login Credentials: Username and password, transactional history, queries, comments, and complaints.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Device & Log Data: Hardware configuration, browser type, device model, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, date/time of access, operating system, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Page views, consumption patterns, service interactions, and diagnostic data.
- Web Beacons: Included in promotional emails to measure open rates and campaign effectiveness.

With your consent — full name, email address, phone number, and payment/account-related information from third-party referrals or partners.

- Managing your user account and monthly statements.

5. Communications from the Platform
You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time using the Unsubscribe / Pause option. However, we may still send essential service communications — such as maintenance notices or policy updates — which are necessary for service delivery and cannot be opted out of unless you delete your account.
6. Processing of Minor Data
We do not knowingly process personal data of individuals below the age of 18 years, or of Persons with Disability unable to take legally binding decisions independently. If we discover such data has been collected unintentionally, we will erase it promptly.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose. If we have had no interactions with you for a consecutive 1 (one) year period, we will notify you 48 hours before erasing or anonymising your data.
8. Access, Correction & Erasure
You may modify your personal data in the "Profile" section of the application. To request access, correction, erasure, or to nominate another individual to exercise your rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (details below).
9. Consent & Withdrawal
Where processing is based on consent, you may manage, review, or withdraw consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, certain services may no longer be available to you. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the request.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. No electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Links to Third-Party Applications
Our Platform may link to third-party applications whose privacy practices differ from ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties once you leave our Platform.
